Presentation Submission

We need a copy of you presentation to make available to a selected audience after the show. Please follow the instructions below to post your presentation.

• Please clearly name your presentation file on your computer using the naming convention below:
  • For Single presenters in one session- Please name your file in this format
    <session number>.ppt
    Example - If your session number is 100B then please name your file "100B.ppt". If you don't know your session number, look it up here.
    
    
  • For Multiple presenters in one session - Please name your file in this format
    <session number>-<your last name>.ppt
    Example - If your multiple presenter session number is 200A and your last name is "Jones" then please name your file "200A-Jones.ppt". If you don't know your session number, look it up here.

NOTE: If your presentation has multiple files you may zip them, however please use the same file naming convention as above.



• Visit ftp://ftp.intergraph.com/intergraph2006. If prompted for a username type in "Anonymous" and for password type in your e-mail address.
  
• Copy the correctly named file from your computer and paste it into the FTP site
